Photobrick Exchange and Return Policy

We strive to help you get the best results out of your Photobrick experience and customize your product to your satisfaction.

Due to all products being personalised, we accept returns and give refunds up to 14 days after the date of purchase, providing that the goods are returned to us unopened and in a saleable condition with the proof of purchase. It is also the customer’s responsibility to bear the costs of postage return.

Sales – to include a confirmation email with an invoice showing the price of the goods plus the VAT element at 20%, all quoted sales costs to be ex VAT and VAT amounts

shipping costs applicable to final order in the cart section @ £7.50 per order, delivery within 3-5 working days.

 In addition to the above, you are protected by your rights under hangs to UK.
