Can I see preview before you ship It to me?

We always send a picture for approval to our customers before shipping. Our designer can make changes such as removing an object, changing the background, and zooming in or out. Photobrick has over 40 colours to chose from, so let us know if you have a colour theme in mind.

How long does delivery take?

After the customer approves the order we ship it in 1-2 days and usually its takes 5-10 days to be delivered.

Please allow additional week in holidays time.

Most of the packages arrive on time. But sometimes may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact time. The delivery issue is responsibility of the shipping company.

What happens if my order has been lost or damaged?

We will replace or refund lost or damaged order.
